**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings, from initial client meetings to the execution of the event itself. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and then use your expertise to bring their dream wedding to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to determine their wedding vision, budget, and preferences.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor recommendations, and theme development.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Coordinate with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, and musicians to secure services and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of wedding venues, ensuring that decorations, seating arrangements, and other details are in accordance with the client's wishes.
- Manage RSVPs and guest lists, ensuring accurate headcounts for catering and seating arrangements.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the planning process or on the wedding day, providing solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance services and offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a memorable wedding experience.
- Maintain thorough records and documentation for each wedding project, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in wedding planning or event coordination, with a strong portfolio of successful weddings.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and vendors.
- Creative flair and a passion for design, with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique and memorable wedding experiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and unexpected challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software, with the ability to create detailed timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Knowledge of wedding industry trends, vendors, and venues, with a commitment to staying current on developments in the field.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Certification in wedding planning or event management is a plus.
- A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for helping couples create their perfect wedding day.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
