**Job description**

**URGENTLY HIRING**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior wedding planners in the preparation and execution of weddings.
- Communicate with clients to gather essential event details and preferences.
- Help create and maintain wedding timelines and schedules.
- Attend site visits and assist with location setups.
- Handle day-of coordination tasks to ensure smooth operation of events.
- Respond to client inquiries, providing updates and solutions as necessary.
- Maintain client and vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including contracts, invoices, and client correspondence.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and wedding best practices.
- Preparing PPT's as per client requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interest in wedding planning and event management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior event planning or customer service experience is required.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work on weekends, evenings, and on-site at events when necessary.

**Education**:

- High school diploma required.
- A degree or certification in Event Planning, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

**IMMEDIATE JOINERS WILL BE PREFERRED.**
