We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients who are planning weddings, primarily to help them book our resort outside Mumbai for their wedding events. Additionally, the executive will offer wedding services, including photographers, makeup artists, and mehendi artists, to families planning weddings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Resort Bookings**: Provide information about our resort outside Mumbai, explaining packages, amenities, and services available for weddings and related events.
- **Vendor Services Sales**: Understand clients’ needs for wedding vendors (photographers, makeup artists, mehendi artists) and present relevant packages and services.
- **Client Consultation**: Offer personalized recommendations based on client preferences and event requirements.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and follow-up inquiries. Maintain an updated database of prospects and clients.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for both resort bookings and vendor services.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams (resort managers, vendor coordinators) to ensure smooth execution of bookings and service delivery.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Provide clients with exceptional after-sales service, ensuring that all booked services are executed as promised.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in hospitality, events, or wedding planning industries.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- **Sales Skills**: Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- **Customer Service**: A customer-first mindset with the ability to understand and cater to client needs.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently, prioritizing inquiries based on urgency and potential.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client needs.
