We are looking for a dynamic **Executive with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Education Sales and Business Development**, focused on driving enrolments for a leading playschool/daycare. The role primarily involves:

- Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to boost our enrolment figures
- Leveraging your expertise in the education sector to build beneficial partnerships with other organisations
- Enhancing our brand awareness through effective offline marketing techniques
- Organising and participating in community events to increase local awareness.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify key enrolment drivers and trends.
- Gathering and analysing parent feedback to improve services and increase retention.
- Analysing competitor playschools to develop unique selling points.
- Creating and managing referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth marketing.
- Training calling staff on effective sales and enrolment techniques.
- Collaborate with local paediatricians to recommend the playschool to their patients' families.**:

- Languages level: English Fluent, Hindi Fluent, Marathi Fluent**

**Skills in sales, business development, admissions consultancy and offline marketing.**

Focus on strategies within our local community enhancing brand visibility. Timeline for the project is **6 months.**

**As it's a direct sales need, outside Mumbai need not apply.**

**Interns in same sector are also welcome and will be paid as per market standards.**

**Job Types**: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
