Admission Executive (AA)

We are looking for a passionate professional who thinks he/she is a Wizard in the Admission process. Your speech is your superpower. You are the first person to respond to every Admission inquiry and call every lead generated. So you must be someone who really craves human interaction and talks to them with a smile. Someone who can pull prospective parents for school visits with their persuasive skills and strategically follows them up with an undying spirit and a positive mindset.

The Role holder will strive to achieve set targets, organize their own day-to-day work to meet clear objectives and be readily available for any administrative task which needs their time and involvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Admissions Execution
- Giving school tour, brief orientation when required & explaining fee structure.
- Strongly following up on Admissions Inquiries & Leads generated through marketing activities, Scheduling their visit and keeping a meticulous record of all communication taking place.
- Handling the Admission Process and keeping it accurately in line with the School Admissions policies.
- Preparing and sorting student documents for data entry.
- Maintaining Admissions inquiry & admissions related data.
- Identifying Admission process errors and investigating ways to resolve them.
- Provide support in scheduling Admission related student assessment.
- Updating student data on various government websites
- **Provide support in organizing workshops / events (on campus or off campus) and following up with them for school visit, networking with pre-schools, presenting the school in various marketing events, leveraging relationship with existing parents etc.**
- **Providing support in Admin,Marketing & HR related matters.**

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Outstanding verbal & written Communications skills in English
- Maturity and Patience to address the queries & concerns of prospective parents & build rapport with them.
- Meticulous, Eye for details
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

**Salary**

Rs 15,000 - Rs 25,000 per month

**Timings**

Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm

- You are willing to commute or relocate to Bhiwandi
- Being a startup culture, you are flexible to stay longer whenever required And if required work on a Sunday during Admissions peak season.
- It is not a typical 8-to-5 job, being readily flexible is the key to ace this opportunity.
