Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counsellor - Education at TEKNOMINDZ INSTITUTE OF ADVANCE TECHNOLOGY in Pune. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for student admissions, fees collection, batch management assistance, seminars, providing information on educational programs, and driving sales through effective communication and education-related guidance.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in student admissions and educational counselling.
- Interpersonal and Strong Communication skills
- Strong background in Education sales
- Ability to build relationships with students and parents
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of educational programs and admissions processes
- Seminar/ webinar arrangements and presentations.
- Batch management, Fees Collection and follow-ups
- Team Handling.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering/ Computers/Education, Counselling, or related field. Diploma in Engineering will be consider if it is in electronics or computers.
- Lead Conversion.
- Cold Calling.
- Meeting Monthly Admissions Target.
- Fees Management.
- Batch Management.
- ERP Operation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
