**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and career options.
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain program details, course structure, fee structure, and career outcomes to students.
- Guide students in completing the admission and documentation process.
- Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow up regularly until enrollment.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to plan admission strategies.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and counseling sessions as required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Convincing and persuasive ability
- Knowledge of education industry trends
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Education/Management preferred)
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or sales (EdTech/education industry preferred)

Salary -17,000 to 27,000

Week Off - Thursday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
