**Responsibilities**:

- Assist prospective students in understanding the admission requirements and procedures
- Provide accurate information about courses, programs, and educational opportunities
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their interests, goals, and aspirations
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses based on their academic background and career objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination during the admissions process
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in admission policies of various educational institutions
- Organize workshops and seminars to educate students about different career paths

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of admissions counseling, educational consulting, career counseling, and career advice
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with different educational systems and institutions
