**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and explain academic programs, eligibility criteria, admission procedures, and career pathways.
- Follow up with leads to ensure successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling interviews, entrance tests, and onboarding processes.
- Assist in organizing admission events, webinars, and campus visits.
- Meet or exceed admission targets set by the management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, course offerings, and competitive institutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
