Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Education Counsellor specializing in Data Analytics, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) training programs. The counsellor will guide students and professionals in selecting the right course based on their career goals and industry opportunities, while supporting the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online leads.
  • Counsel students and professionals about Data Analytics, Data Science & AI courses, career paths, and placement opportunities.
  • Provide detailed information on course structures, eligibility, fees, and job prospects.
  • Convert student inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and consistent follow-ups.
  • Maintain lead records in CRM/Excel for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and workshops for student engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, job roles, and skill requirements in Data Analytics, Data Science & AI.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in IT, Computer Science, or Management).
  • 2–4 years of counselling/admissions experience in IT education, EdTech, or training sector.
  • Strong understanding of Data Analytics, Data Science & AI programs and their career relevance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to empathize with students and provide career-oriented guidance.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and digital platforms.
  • Target-driven with proven admission conversion record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32, ₹35,000.00 per month
