Profile OverviewWe are looking for an Educational and Admission Counsellor for our company. As an Educational and Admission Counsellor you'll be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.Job Title: Educational and Admission Counsellor - Operations Department Location: [Bhandup/Andheri] Department: Operations Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 years  Gender Preference: [ Female Only] Key Responsibilities: 1. Admission Counselling: Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding course inquiries and admissions. Counsel students on career options and suggest suitable courses based on their interests. Follow up with leads generated via phone, email, and walk-ins. Schedule and conduct counselling sessions (online/offline). Ensure daily/weekly/monthly admission targets are achieved. 2. Operations Coordination: Maintain and update student records and databases accurately. Coordinate between students and trainers for smooth onboarding and batch scheduling. Assist with documentation and fee collection processes. Generate and share daily/weekly operational reports with management. Ensure timely communication with all departments regarding student queries. 3. Administrative Support: Manage front-desk activities, handle walk-in inquiries. Assist in organizing events, orientation sessions, and internal meetings. Maintain confidentiality of student data and institute information.
