Education Counsellor –

Job Overview:
Kalrashukla Classes is looking for an Education Counsellor across our Mumbai coaching classes. We have branches in Borivali, Parle, Dadar, Ghatkopar, Thane, Kalyan and Pune. You'll oversee the branch's day-to-day operations, handle new admission enquiries, handle walk-ins for admission and interact closely with parents and students to create a supportive learning environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and teachers, helping them feel supported every step of the way.
- Manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- You'll work closely with the Mumbai Business Head & make sure the branch meets its business goals.
- Monitor budgets and performance to ensure the branch remains profitable.
- Ensure the branch follows all company policies and educational standards.
- Monitor the branch's performance and take proactive steps to improve when needed.
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in science or business administration is preferred, or a related field.
- A Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing teams, sales, marketing and customer support. (educational experience is a bonus).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Good personality and smartly dressed.
