Sales Executive, you'll be the face of for aspiring pilots and their families. You'll own the complete counselling and enrolment process — from understanding student goals to closing the loop with confidence. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and convert incoming leads effectively
Provide detailed counselling to students and parents about career pathways and pilot training options
Explain our admission process, course structure, and global training programs
Maintain continuous follow-up and communication until the student is enrolled and onboarded
Conduct meetings (online/in-person) with prospects and ensure a high-quality experience
What You BringMinimum 3 years of experience in sales or educational counselling
Fluent English and excellent communication skillsA warm, confident, and professional personality
Proven track record of closing sales
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsQualificationsDemonstrated success in a consultative or full-cycle sales role
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
