**Job Role**:

- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to stay updated on their admission requirements and procedures.
- **Advocacy**: Advocate for students' interests and needs, ensuring that they have access to equal opportunities and support services during the admission process.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in education, counseling, or admissions is highly valued. This could include work as a school counselor, admissions officer, or related role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building rapport with students and collaborating with other stakeholders involved in the admissions process.
- **Organizational Skills**: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines is crucial in this role.
- **Knowledge**: A comprehensive understanding of the education system, including different types of schools, academic programs, standardized testing, and financial aid options, is beneficial.
- **Ethical Conduct**: Adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality protocols is essential when dealing with sensitive student information.
