**Job description**
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
- Process reservations accurately and efficiently using the resort’s booking system.
- Ensure all bookings are confirmed and details are accurately communicated to customers.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Proactively contact potential customers (leads provided or generated through research) via telephone to promote resort packages, rooms, dining options, and special promotions.
- Persuasively communicate the benefits of staying at our resort, focusing on unique features, amenities, and experiences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on rates, availability, and services.
- Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-up calls to nurture customer relationships and secure reservations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in preparing sales contracts, proposals, and other documentation as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to convince and influence customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Graduation is compulsory
