This is an exciting time to join Rubrik’s world-class People organization as we continue scaling at a rapid pace to support a hyper growth business Rubrik has become one of the fastest growing enterprise start-ups in Silicon Valley and we’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to assist with our global hiring process that directly supports our company growth. You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our new hires during the onboarding process as well as once they are on board as an employee.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Hire new employees into Workday
- Support our background check process
- Communicate with new hires and managers regarding the onboarding process
- Respond to HR inquiries from employees
- Complete compliance and audit related tasks and projects
- Facilitate HR Office Hours for employees
- Work on miscellaneous ad hoc requests, reports and People Team projects as needed

**Requirements**:

- Available to work and adjusted schedule 1 to 2 days per week to accommodate meetings in the US and EMEA time zones.
- 3-5 years of HR experience or equivalent
- Experience with Workday is required, and experience with Greenhouse ATS is an added plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
- Organized, proactive, and exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills

**Experience in the following areas is an added bonus**:
- Gmail, Excel/Google Sheets, and Word/Google Docs
- Sterling background check platform
- Implementing process improvement initiatives
- Acting as a team lead
