- We are looking for a **Team Coordinator** at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation

**_ What you'll be doing:_**
- This role sits at the heart of our new People & Culture Division, providing essential support to our Chief People Officer, which includes co-ordination, scheduling and project support, to underpin management and operational services which, in turn, enable Oxfam and its people to deliver impact in the poorest parts of the world. This role will also be the facilities point of contact for Oxfam’s London office.

**_ You'll have:_**
- Administrative experience, including developing, maintaining and improving administrative systems.
- Ability to produce engaging written and verbal communications for a staff audience
- Aptitude for using systems, including those used for effective communications, office and knowledge management
- Prioritisation skills and ability to respond to changing demands
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience of working with and managing highly confidential and sensitive information
