**Position Title**: Support Coordinator
**Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
**Experience**: 5 + Year
**Job Location**:Work from Home
**Job Brief**:
- Support Coordinate will be the first point of contact for Business.
- Record and classify received Incidents and undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible.
- Keep business users informed about their bugs status at agreed intervals
- Provide first-line investigation and diagnosis of all Bugs
- In case L1 Team required addition Support, Coordinate with appropriate L2 Support Group
- Keep looking the JIRA for any new Bug and assign to right member in L1 Team (SQL Bug/PBI Bug)
**Skills**
- 5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise technologies or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills [Language]
- Positive, energetic, enthusiastic attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent at multitasking & task prioritization
- Skilled use of the Microsoft Office Suite, e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong ability to comprehend written communication
