
Administrative Coordinator

The ideal candidate will assist the Global Clinical Supplies Project Team in planning, organizing and coordinating project administration responsibilities. This role will involve maintaining procedures, guidelines and documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting data entry and maintenance of database repositories.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with review, coordination and compilation of files and other materials
- Distribute project documents and supplies
- Process and track local regulatory, study specific or department documents
- Perform file reviews and organize correspondence files
- Analyze and reconcile project documents, metrics and findings reports within specified timelines
- Assist with clarification and resolution of findings related to documentation
- Compose, upload and distribute communications, reports and documents
- Provide access to company systems
- Support project management activities, producing reports or study plan editions
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic or vocational qualification
- Technical positions may require a certificate
- Previous experience providing knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job
- Strong English and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
- Effective leadership and team building skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Ideal experience in Clinical trials and Clinical Supply chain
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to provide customer service with high standards of quality and excellence
