
Administrative Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in sorting and organizing backend tasks related to our portal, where students take classes.
- Provide assistance in managing the chat system, ensuring students and staff can communicate effectively.
- Offer support across various departments, helping streamline communication and operations.
- Create and maintain accurate records of important documents and data for the team.
- Organize and manage drive links, ensuring all necessary documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Handle general administrative tasks to assist different teams, including managing schedules and reminders.
- Work closely with the management team to support strategic and operational initiatives.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience with cloud storage tools (Google Drive, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Comfortable with managing digital tools and backend systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms or educational technology is a plus.
- Strong team-building and management skills.
**Eligibility**
- Full-time availability during the specified shift timings (4 AM - 12 PM IST).
- Strong understanding of administrative and backend processes.
- A self-driven individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in administrative roles or backend support will be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
