**Job Summary**

We are seeking a results-oriented IT administrator to manage our company's computer infrastructure and supervise our IT department. You will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.

To ensure success as an IT administrator, you should possess extensive experience in IT administration and the ability to optimize the performance of our IT infrastructure. An accomplished IT administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead the IT onboarding and off-boarding initiatives process by working with our HR team to provide computers, create accounts, and help develop and lead an IT orientation training.
- Contribute to the corporate software evaluation and procurement process with a focus on functionality within the current software portfolio and additional integrations
- Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures for security, disaster recovery, purchasing, and service provision.
- Provide technical assistance, support, and troubleshooting in the resolution of system communications failures and conflicts.
- Provide expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions, and file maintenance.
- Manage the system inventories and coordinate with the HR team for system procurements to the new joiners.
- Provide troubleshooting support for escalated software and hardware problems. Coordinate vendor assistance when required.
- Maintain systems compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Handle responsibility for installing and configuring Antivirus in the user systems
- Work closely with the DevOps team and contribute to bringing overall system stability.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- BS or BA degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical degree.
- Ability to diagnose and rectify a wide range of complex computer hardware and software problems.
- Open to working in a hybrid environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to install and configure computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse community.
- Understanding and configuring MDM solutions is added advantage
