
Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage office operations and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Support executive staff with administrative tasks and projects.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
