We're a dynamic agency providing interpreters and translators to various businesses. We're seeking a highly organised and proactive female admin assistant to join our team. As an admin assistant, you'll provide top-notch support, manage client and interpreter communication, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Freshers are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client and interpreter communication, respond to queries, and handle bookings
Provide general administrative support, ensuring high productivity and quality
Proactively introduce services to potential clients and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines
Prioritize workloads, multitask, and solve problems effectively
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
Requirements:
Strong command of English (English as a first language or medium of instruction)
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Confident on the phone and proficient in IT (good knowledge of Word, Excel, PDF, and Outlook applications)
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Graduates/Post-Graduates in English (as first language) or related fields (freshers welcome)
Work Arrangement:
Work from home
Agency works on GMT timelines
Working hours to be discussed during the interview process
