**Job Title: Fleet Hiring & Operations**

**Salary Range**: ₹26,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Experience**: 2+ years in fleet hiring, for delivery and/or moving companies

**About the Job**:
We’re a fast-growing Australian removalist platform, looking for someone to help us hire and manage owner drivers and contractors. Your main job will be to source contractors, owner drivers, helpers and build relationships with them, and make sure they work well with our team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Outbound calls to source and hire contractor/owner drivers for our fleet as per the target
- Continuous and persistent approach to prospective owner drivers and contractors to get them onboard
- Work 6 days a week
- Keep customers and contractor/drivers happy and solve their issues
- Check driver documents (license, vehicle details, insurances etc.)
- Coordinate with the operations team to assign drivers for daily jobs.
- Negotiate rates and agreements with prospective contractors/Owner drivers.
