**Job Summary/Position Description**:
We are looking for an efficient Talent Operations Coordinator to undertake various recruitment coordination and operations duties.

The person joining this role will support end-to-end recruitment activities like sourcing; screening; interview coordination, reporting, managing pre-employment coordination, database management and workshop operations management ensuring compliance.

Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process and workshop operations coordination smooth, ensure compliance, and recruit and retain high-performing employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with sourcing teams and schedule sessions and seminars for the organization.
- Coordinate workshop operations management, ensure recording of the required compliance and maintain the database for the same.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, etc., and maintain the team’s agenda
- Manager the operational communication with the organizations.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, as advised.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- 1-3 years experience as a talent acquisition coordinator or relevant project coordination role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office for reporting documentation
- Familiarity with social media recruiting
- High attentional to detail
- Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Self-motivated professional with a results-driven approach
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills

**Good to have but not mandatory (Skills)**
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
