Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (9-hour shift)

Weekly Off: Mondays

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and service bookings via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Communicate fluently in English and South Indian languages (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) depending on customer preferences.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and service feedback.
- Resolve client issues politely and efficiently, escalating when needed.
- Maintain updated records in the CRM system and ensure all client interactions are logged.
- Provide after-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, specifically handling regional language communication.
- Fluency in English and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu) - both spoken and written.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or call center software.
