We are seeking a skilled and experienced DCDP Kitchen Chef who specializes in both Continental and Asian cuisines to join our dynamic culinary team at The Pet People Cafe. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, with a focus on preparing and executing high-quality dishes inspired by both Continental and Asian culinary traditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, following standardized recipes and ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation.
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed, while minimizing waste and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Oversee the kitchen brigade during service hours, delegating tasks and ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served according to established standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and kitchen best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to develop new recipes and menu concepts, staying updated on emerging food trends and customer preferences.
- Assist with special events and catering functions as required, contributing creative ideas and culinary expertise to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and developing menus that reflect the unique fusion of Continental and Asian cuisines offered at The Pet People Cafe.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Kitchen Chef, preferably in a similar role specializing in both Continental and Asian cuisines.
- In-depth knowledge of Continental and Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles, with a passion for creating innovative and memorable dishes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a hospitality setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
