**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and run an assigned section of the kitchen independently
- Prepare and cook dishes with consistency and quality
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff (DCDP & Commis)
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a CDP or senior DCDP
- Expertise in pizza or Italian cuisine preferred
- Strong leadership and time-management skills
- Team player with excellent kitchen discipline
- Ability to work under pressure and during busy service hours
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
