Job Description: Chef for Indian Cuisine (South & North) - Veg & Non-Veg

We are looking for a skilled chef specializing in both South and North Indian cuisine, proficient in preparing a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The chef will be responsible for preparing daily meals, packaging lunch boxes, and managing the kitchen inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meal Preparation: Prepare one main dish and two side dishes, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, according to a daily menu provided.
- Timely Cooking: Be in the kitchen during the morning hours and complete the cooking by 11:00 AM.
- Lunch Box Packaging: Professionally pack lunch boxes in sufficient quantity (6 to 20 boxes daily), ensuring neat presentation and proper portions.
- Variety: Prepare different dishes each day based on the rotating menu.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and manage kitchen inventory, ensuring ingredients are available for the planned meals.
- Kitchen Operations: Be the sole chef in the kitchen, managing all cooking and operational duties.

This role requires a chef who can work independently, efficiently handle multiple tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality, flavorful meals.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
