**Job Title: Customer Service Executive**

**Qualifications**:

- **Graduate Fresher**: Any Graduate
- **Experienced**: HSC with 6 months of relevant experience in customer service or related roles

**Skills Required**:

- **Communication**: C2 level and above
- **Typing Speed**: 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers through voice-based interactions. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve and maintain performance targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Shift Pattern**: 24/7 rotational shifts.
- **Working Days**: 5 days a week with any 2 rotational offs.

**Required Assessment Scores**:

- **HR Round**: AMCAT Score of 65
- **Operational Skills**: Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
