**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive to manage digital campaigns, generate leads, and analyze performance metrics. This role requires strong knowledge of advertising platforms, analytics, and conversion strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
- Track and report performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Tag Manager.
- Set up Facebook Pixel, retargeting campaigns, and funnels.
- Work on landing pages and provide performance insights through reporting tools.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proficiency with ad platforms and analytics tools.
- Good understanding of audience targeting and conversion funnels.
- Ability to work independently and achieve measurable outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
