**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring high ROI and ROAS.
- **Data-Driven Optimization**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to optimize results.
- **Budget Management**:

- Allocate budgets effectively across channels and campaigns, ensuring maximum performance and efficiency.
- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly spends versus results.
- **Audience Targeting & Retargeting**:

- Build custom audiences based on data insights.
- Deploy effective retargeting strategies to nurture and convert leads.
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to create impactful ad creatives and copy.
- Ensure branding consistency across campaigns.
- **Performance Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed reports showcasing campaign KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and data interpretation.
- Advanced knowledge of audience segmentation and targeting.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
- Experience in handling large-scale ad campaigns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
