Proven Experience:
1.3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital advertising, especially across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising.

About Us:
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
1. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Amazon.

2. Create data-driven campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions.

3. Conduct market research to identify key customer segments and target audiences.

Ad Campaign Management:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Instagram Ads, and Amazon Advertising.

2. Set up, monitor, and optimize ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and budgets. Experiment with A/B testing for ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and targeting to optimize performance.

Budget & ROI Management:
1. Allocate and optimize ad spend across different platforms to maximize ROI and meet business goals.

2. Continuously monitor and adjust budgets to ensure campaign performance aligns with financial targets.

3. Report on campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable insights.

Analytics & Reporting:
1. Analyze conversion funnels, click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other KPIs.

2. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and suggest optimizations.

**Requirements**:
Proven Experience:
1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital advertising, especially across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising.

2. Strong track record of managing and optimizing successful paid campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.

3. Expert will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven ad campaigns that focus on generating 300+ qualified leads per month, increasing brand visibility, customer acquisition, and return on investment (ROI).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in managing performance marketing for product marketing

Familiarity with advanced bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and remarketing.

Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications (or similar credentials) are a plus.
