**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet client goals.
- Manage ad campaigns across platforms, primarily, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve key metrics such as ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
- Create and manage tracking pixels, and use tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager for campaign monitoring.
- Conduct weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client review meetings to share performance insights and results.
- Maintain detailed ad performance sheets for each client and ensure transparent reporting.
- Identify and test new channels while running campaigns focused on lead generation, traffic, conversions, and app downloads.

**Skills Needed**:

- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or a related role.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms like Google, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in campaign tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking solutions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize digital prospecting, remarketing, and media campaigns.
