**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad copy and engaging visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Support the tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Help manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
