Job Description:
Performance Marketing Intern

Location:
Bane, Pune

Internship Period:
3 to 6 Months (Full time internship)

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Support & Execution
  2. Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  3. Help set up ad creatives, targeting, and budget allocation.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  5. Track key campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and compile regular performance reports.
  6. Identify patterns or trends and flag areas needing optimization.
  7. Data & Analytics
  8. Work with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to gather and interpret user behavior and campaign impact.
  9. Support in UTM tagging, conversion tracking setup, and funnel analysis.
  10. Creative Coordination
  11. Collaborate with the design/content team to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives.
  12. Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and CTAs.
  13. Keyword & Audience Research
  14. Conduct research on keywords, audience segments, competitors, and industry benchmarks to support campaign strategy.
  15. Assist in refining targeting criteria for better campaign outcomes.
  16. Budget Tracking & Documentation
  17. Maintain records of campaign spends and assist in reconciling budgets.
  18. Ensure campaign activities are well documented and aligned with marketing calendars.
  19. Learning & Improvement
  20. Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  21. Contribute ideas to improve campaign strategies or internal workflows.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
  • Familiarity with tools/ platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Youtube etc
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive with current trends and changes in performance industry
  • Graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing / MBA
  • Certification in Digital Marketing
