Role Overview

We are seeking a
Marketing Automation Specialist
with strong expertise in
Marketo and Salesforce CRM
. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize automation workflows, maintain database hygiene, and deliver data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness. Proficiency in
Excel
and strong
communication skills
are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage automated campaigns in
    Marketo
    integrated with
    Salesforce
    .
  • Ensure
    database accuracy and hygiene
    through data cleaning and validation.
  • Use
    Excel
    (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting) for data management and analysis.
  • Develop lead nurturing workflows, drip campaigns, and segmentation strategies.
  • Generate campaign reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation with business goals.
  • Run A/B tests and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in
    Marketo
    and
    Salesforce CRM
    .
  • Strong skills in
    Excel
    for data management.
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills
    .
  • Marketo certification is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization preferred.
