Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for an Email Marketing Specialist. The Email Marketing Specialist will design and implement email marketing campaigns, utilize email marketing software, and automate email marketing processes. Responsibilities include segmenting audiences, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing emails for higher engagement and conversions. Daily tasks involve creating compelling email content, managing subscriber lists, and collaborating with other teams to align email strategies with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance
  • Familiarity with content creation and copywriting is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
