Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer service, training staff, and overseeing sales operations. Day-to-day tasks will include engaging with customers, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Training staff and coordinating sales operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
