We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at PROHED Digital Solutions. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in performance marketing and a strong background in the Advertising & Marketing industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
