to drive growth for our clients and our own projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
D2C Marketing Specialist
with 2–3 years of experience working with D2C brands. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in running
Meta Ads and Google Ads
, growing
website sales
, and understanding the
end-to-end functioning of a D2C business
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Develop growth strategies to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Analyze customer journey and implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tactics.
  • Manage budgets, track ROAS, and ensure efficient ad spend.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, AOV, retention) and report performance to leadership.
  • Provide strategic input on how to scale brands digitally and operationally.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a
    D2C brand
    (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in
    Meta Ads and Google Ads
    campaign management.
  • Deep understanding of
    website sales funnels and D2C growth levers
    .
  • Knowledge of Shopify/WordPress, analytics tools (GA4, Ads Manager), and remarketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, content, and product teams.
