About the Role

We are looking for a
dynamic Performance Marketer
with a strong grasp of e-commerce and digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will own and drive end-to-end performance campaigns across
marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.)
and
off-platform channels (Google, Meta, Email, WhatsApp, SMS)
. This role requires a performance-driven mindset with the ability to scale campaigns, optimize spends, and deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    performance marketing campaigns
    across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart.
  • Manage
    off-platform campaigns
    on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for acquisition, traffic generation, and retargeting.
  • Design and run
    Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns
    aimed at customer retention, upselling, and engagement.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance through KPIs such as
    ROI, ROAS, CAC, LTV, repeat purchase rate
    , and conversion rates.
  • Manage and implement
    discounts, deals, coupons, and seasonal promotions
    across marketplaces.
  • Collaborate closely with ad platform POCs (Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce partners) to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Strategize and launch campaigns for
    new product rollouts
    to maximize visibility and customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain
    performance reports, dashboards, and actionable insights
    to guide marketing decisions.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns using
    A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation
    strategies.
