Job Title: Performance Marketer
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**
▪ Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics related to ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives.
▪ Optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and other channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
▪ Lead paid social, programmatic display, native, lead gen, and other CPC initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, testing & learning roadmaps, and measurement plans.
▪ Plan, develop, and implement SEO and SEM strategies.
▪ Generate high-quality leads and achieve targeted ROI through data-driven strategies.
▪ Utilize data analytics and insights to identify opportunities, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
▪ Manage relationships with agencies, and vendors to leverage expertise and resources for effective execution of growth strategies.
▪ Closely work with a performance marketing agency to achieve set goals and generate ROI.
▪ Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and digital marketing best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
▪ Define, align, and regularly refine goals and KPIs to achieve marketing objectives, with an emphasis on iterative improvement.
▪ Regularly analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Present results and insights to partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:Masters preferred
**Other requirements**:
▪ 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on performance marketing.
▪ Proven agency experience is a must; experience working with BPO clients is a significant advantage.
▪ Expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels
▪ Expertise in running lead gen campaigns across digital channels
▪ Experience using data and metrics to drive performance and improvements
▪ In-depth knowledge of SEO, native ads, programmatic advertising, and social media performance metrics.
▪ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead projects.
▪ Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of making decisions independently.
▪ A strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trend.
Location: Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Work Hours: 09 Hrs.
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Weekly-Off: Saturday & Sunday
Shift Timings: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
