**What You’ll Do - Key Responsibilities**

As a **Performance Marketing Executive**, you’ll be in the driver's seat for generating quality leads and optimizing campaign performance across digital platforms:
Run & optimize campaigns on **Google Ads** and **Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)**
Analyze performance using **Google Analytics**, **Google Tag Manager**, and **Microsoft Clarity**
Set up & manage **Facebook Pixel**, **retargeting**, and **sales funnels**
Execute **WhatsApp marketing** using tools like **AiSensy** or **Watee**
Implement **on-page and off-page SEO** strategies
Build and manage **custom landing pages** for conversions
Generate actionable insights using **Power BI** or similar tools

**Who You Are - Requirements**

We’re looking for someone who’s not just skilled, but **strategic, analytical, and results-driven**:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in **performance/digital marketing**
Strong understanding of **audience targeting** and **conversion optimization**
Proficient in **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, **Analytics**, and marketing automation tools
Ability to work **independently** and manage campaigns end-to-end

**Education**

Graduate in any discipline (Marketing or related field preferred)
