**We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive**

**Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai**

**Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (based on skills and experience)**

**Experience Required: 2-3 years**

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic and growth-oriented team. This role offers the opportunity to create measurable impact through strategic digital campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and C Ads
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Power BI
- Set up and manage Facebook Pixels, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Handle WhatsApp Marketing using tools like AiSensy and Watee
- Lead SEO initiatives (on-page & off-page optimization)
- Monitor budgets, A/B testing, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
- Present regular performance reports with actionable insights

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Conversion Ads
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Clarity, Power BI, and Facebook Pixel setup
- Strong understanding of SEO principles
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
