**Responsibilities: Performance Marketing**
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Evaluate emerging technologies.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing and extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing at Ed-Tech and education related companies is preferable.
- Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads
- Have a understanding of organic acquisition
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Should have good knowledge of all platforms Google, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
**Experience in Lead Generation is a must.**
**Education, Experience**:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative discipline or graduate degree
- Mandatory experience in US, UK markets
Work Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai. (Beside Vashi Railway station)
Working days: 6 working days - Saturday WFH.
Mandatory Language Fluency: English
Team HR
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
