Job Title: Performance Marketing Expert

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Salary Range: INR 25,000 to INR 50,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve client objectives and KPIs.
- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
- Create and optimize landing pages for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- a proven track record of driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
