**Responsibilities**:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels (depending on company focus).

Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaign reach and effectiveness.

Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Work collaboratively with other marketing team members (e.g., content creators, designers) to ensure campaign alignment and success.

Report on campaign performance metrics and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

Experience with additional paid advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads).

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Proven experience with campaign management platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
