**Location**: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
**Type**: Full Time

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels (Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliates, etc.) for D2C clients.
- Craft data-driven strategies aimed at scaling revenue, increasing acquisition, and improving customer LTV.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and present ROI-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, tech, and client servicing teams to build breakthrough campaigns.
- Manage budgets, forecast spends, and ensure maximum performance within allocated investments.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in scaling D2C brands** through performance marketing (must-list).
- 3+ years hands-on experience in running, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands.
- Deep knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), analytics tools, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to ideate, execute, and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and growth marketing tactics.
