Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketer (Paid Media), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your primary focus will be Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Bing Ads while utilizing GA4 and Looker Studio for performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Bing Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio for data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CVR, and CPA, ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in paid media, particularly in the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) space.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to align paid media efforts with organic search strategies.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Report campaign insights and performance trends to stakeholders, making data-backed recommendations for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in Paid Media Marketing, specifically for D2C brands.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio for campaign performance analysis.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and maximize ad spend efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience in e-commerce, beauty, or cosmetics brands is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
